Greg Singleton brings more than 20 years of real estate and finance experience to his role as the President of The Lagoon Development Company. Greg is responsible for overseeing the company's day to day operations with a focus on investor relations and corporate financial ventures.

Greg’s knowledge and vast experience in real estate projects all over the world helps give The Lagoon Development Company the insight and understanding needed to deliver first class projects.

Before joining The Lagoon Development Team, Greg served as President for Metro Development Group for 13 years, where Greg was instrumental in bringing the first ever completed multi acre Crystal Lagoon ® amenity to the U.S.
Previously Greg served 13 years as a Senior Vice President at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company. Greg received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and attended Graduate Banking School at Louisiana State University.

Greg is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting.
