The Lagoon Development Company develops, operates and owns the ticketed access component of large scale lagoons for swimming and water-sports.  

The company is responsible for the design, financial feasibility, capitalization, and bottomline profitability of the ticketed access component of several lagoons in different stages of planning, construction and operation including a 2-acre lagoon at Balmoral, the 1st lagoon to be approved for swimming in the US and a 12-acre lagoon at Lago Mar, the largest in Texas.  

Lagoon Development also develops projects for 3rd party property owners on a fee basis.
