Bringing Beach Life to the Public
The Lagoon Development Company develops, operates and owns the ticketed access component of large scale lagoons for swimming and water-sports. The company is responsible for the design, financial feasibility, capitalization, and bottomline profitability of the ticketed access component of several lagoons in different stages of planning, construction and operation including a 2-acre lagoon at Balmoral, the 1st lagoon to be approved for swimming in the US and a 12-acre lagoon at Lago Mar, the largest in Texas. Lagoon Development also develops projects for 3rd party property owners on a fee basis.

PUBLIC ACCESS EVENTS
In the Summer of 2020 Lagoon Development Company launched a pop-up experience for the general public called "Summer Lagoonfest" followed by "Oktober Lagoonfest" on the east end of the Lago Mar lagoon in the location where the permanent public access beach club will be developed.

OUR SERVICES
Lagoon Development was formed to build, own and operate lagoons for Land Tejas and other development companies. Our team worked together to develop and open the first lagoon in Texas which subsequently became the first lagoon in the US to be approved for swimming. A second lagoon is now under construction and a third and fourth are in planning.
Our team can assist by providing turnkey services to plan, design, build, operate and help justify the investment.
